Global Operations – Lead Supplier Manager

Supplier manager for fifteen diverse external vendors supporting GE Retirement Benefits covering all aspects of 401k and pension administration. The role includes contract administration, budget analysis, performance metrics, implementing improvement initiatives, audit controls, participant issue resolution, accounts payable escalations and risk management.
Supplier manager for both Ascensus and AON, who perform 401k and pension administration respectively for various GE Affiliate plans within GE Aerospace, GE Vernova and GE Healthcare.
Lead - 401k plan merger including all activities required for movement of an acquired plan into the GE Retirement Savings Plan. Included; plan document vetting with Legal, development of participant communications, coordination with plan’s current and future recordkeepers and liaison function to Operations teams such as Payroll, Treasury and Benefit Operations. 150 successful mergers were completed totaling $2.1 billion in transferred assets.
Project management for various GE company split initiatives. One such project included the segregation and re-deployment of 64,000 payroll and benefit file boxes to newly established separate company accounts and storage facilities. Another project involved the segregation and transfer of 12 million on-line company records to new suppliers. These projects included coordination amongst multiple GE operations and external suppliers resulting in enhanced legal compliance, cost reduction ($1.3 million annually) and improved document access.
U.S. Employee Services – Supplier Manager Family Services Plans

Portfolio included Tuition Reimbursement, Commuter, Long Term Care Insurance and Outplacement Services.
Lead projects including development of an online employee tuition reimbursement workflow, which streamlined the previous paper process. This change resulted in dramatically faster approval turnaround times as well as quicker employee reimbursements (Grade submittal to payment cycle time reduction from 5.1 to 1.5 days).

Functional lead for the US Employee Services account reconciliation relationship with GE Capital of India, entailing the management of 255 benefit related accounts totaling approximately $5 billion, while improving account reconcilement completion times by 35%.
Led the development and administration of the US Employee Services Account Reconciliation Web Database, which included all aspects of the account reconciliation process such as account detail, back up documentation, real-time account status, historical library and scorecard report out to management and the benefit operational teams.
