I direct 23 building engineers in a hotel of 500 guest rooms, direct them in repairs for common areas, guest rooms, ball rooms,office spaces, kitchen equipment, walk in freezer and refrigerators, painting , drywall, hvac repairs and troubleshooting, plumbing repair,boiler inspections and repairs, cooling tower and chiller experience, hvac gas electric package units , mini splits, split systems ,hvac installer split systems, BMS experience, special projects . preventive maintenance on all equipment . scheduling,maintaining bugdets .making sure we save money and not go over budget , doing parts inventory.
