Discuss options with landowners, Apply knowledge of company policies, local, state and federal laws. Conduct research of ownership (surface and mineral), deed searches, and working in local courthouses to acquire parcel information on properties and run complete title. Prepare and acquire lease and ROW acquisition, utilizing strong mapping skills (tax, topographic, quads), and obtain rights of way for infrastructure operations work including transmission and gathering projects. • Contact landowners to negotiate agreements, such as leases, options, and royalty contracts covering oil or gas exploration, drilling, working in specified oil or gas fields. Develop unitization agreements (pooling oil and gas production from wells located in same field with other oil producers). Discuss land leases and right of way agreements along with royalty payments with landowners and obtain signatures to documents. Apply knowledge of company policies and local, state, and federal laws relating to oil or gas leases and right of ways to prepare agreement Strong Right of Way experience, Handling lease and ROW acquisition, strong mapping skills (tax, topographic, quads), Obtain rights of way for infrastructure operations work including transmission and gathering projects.
