Results-driven professional with extensive experience in maintenance and installation. Known for strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to preventive maintenance, contributing to improved system reliability and customer satisfaction.
My position title was "Maintenance Technician", but my job roles and responsibilities aligned closer to Service Technician. i performed routine maintenance for our membership customers, but also was required to diagnose and repair no heat and no cooling calls. this required me to perform compressor swaps, heat exchanger replacements, and general part replacement and start up checks to ensure systems were running reliably. I am certified in Combustion Analysis through NSI, and have gone to Bryant specific trainings at their head quarters for Bryant Evolution communicating equipment.
I began with the company as an install apprentice, but quickly climbed the ladder into Lead installer. i was responsible for all aspects of equipment replacements, to full new system retrofitting of heating and air systems when one did not exist prior.
I aided a licensed Journeyman Electrician in the wiring of new construction condominiums. upon arrival of the contract, we pulled all service entrance cable to each panel per condo, and linked them all into the switch gear located outside. we layed out all outlet boxes, and lighting fixtures. we wired all home run circuits and all branch circuits to each zone of these homes. we returned after drywall for finishing touches of wiring in the main panels, adding lights and receptacles.
I sealed ductwork in different areas of the country, majority in old construction commercial and government buildings, using a specialized process that seals ductwork from the inside.
I am both OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certified.
