My duties included everything From Customer service to janitorial service. I oversaw the day to day running of the store, with one store partner. I was responsible for training/ inventory/ Customer satisfaction. Out of 5 stores (mine being the smallest) we had the highest gross sales 50% of the time. I Increased gross profit each of the three years I managed.

Global is a full service hail restoration company. I was in charge of all aspects of the restoration process,  including but not limited to hiring, training of both Sales consultants and canvassers. I met with home owners and insurance adjusters. I managed the jobs and resolved all customer complaints.

Secured contract by meeting home owners and insurance adjusters. After establishing terms, I managed the job to it's conclusion. 

Everything involved with owning my own truck.

I managed all aspects of truck sales and leasing. Including Fleet sales.
