My career has spanned many years in emergency medicine serving the adult and pediatric populations, through community based and level One Emergency departments. While doing ED, I pursued an interest in OB services. (L & D, PP, PACU, NICU, PreOp) Both areas have given me a wealth of experience in nursing. I use my clinical skills and judgment to improve patient outcomes and provide the best care I can. I am proactive and proficient in a variety of work settings, and I am a culturally competent, compassionate care giver. I love mentoring and being a patient advocate. I am resourceful, well-rounded emotionally intelligent nurse who enjoys the team environment . My skills are strong and I have in-depth knowledge of emergency care and interventions. I enjoy a fast pace, doing triage, assessments and patient care. I am able to handle multi tasking while maintaining composure under pressure.
