Started as a promoter with the company as a part timer and moved forward to be offered the Roanoke, Virginia office as the Field Event Marketing Manager. This entails finding and securing events, hiring and training promoters. Also traveling across Southwest Virginia and parts of West Virginia.

Now have an average of 7 events per weekend and keep an average of 5 promoters ready and willing to work and travel.
