Serves as the Mortuary Affairs Non-Commissioned Officer for the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) Theater Mortuary Affairs Office; provides theater oversight to other service agencies as it pertains to mortuary affairs operations; provides policy guidance and staff supervision to 93 Mortuary Affairs Officers, NCOs and Soldiers within the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) area of responsibility consisting of 19 Countries.

• Collaborated with subcontractors and procurement personnel on contract acquisition and retention, conducting check-ins and maintaining direct lines of communication.
• Created, recorded and modified terms and conditions to meet individual procurement requirements.
• Implemented risk mitigation strategies and drafted applicable contract terms and conditions to make credible arguments during negotiations and issue resolution.
• Advised technical staff, finance partners and other stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions, applicable institute policies and procedural implementation.

• Established and maintained effective communication with staff, physicians and community organizations to promote high quality patient care.
• Developed and updated policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with guidelines relating to HIPAA, benefits administration and general liability.
• Designed and introduced leadership development, coaching and team management model, resulting in promotion of employees into increased levels of responsibility.
• Created customized care plans, working with hospital staff and families to assess and meet individual needs.

• Operated and Managed Military Morgue overseas that handled US Remains along with remains from multiple other Countries.
• Met with and hosted multiple dignitaries from the Pentagon and other Nations to include Prime Minister of Albania, due to the high visibility and honor involved with repatriating fallen heroes.
• Evacuated any deceased soldiers' personal effects.
• Assisted in preparation, preservation and shipment of remains.
• Supervised staff of 24 in day-to-day activities.
• Evaluated facility operations and personnel for safety and health regulations compliance.
• Conducted inspections of facility grounds, external structure, systems and equipment.
