  • Linehaul Supervisor-Responsible for the dispatch of Road and Drayage drivers over our hub operation ensuring they are arriving at their destination in a timely manner. Monthly tractor inspection to ensure tractors follow DOT. Adding and setting up FedEx Ground runs for our drayage drivers. Communicating with FedEx Ground daily for loads to pick up. Coordinating pickups and dispatches to Rail Yards (Harrisburg, Rutherford, and Hagerstown) in accordance with proper cut times. Making the most cost-efficient decisions to move trailers daily.
  • Dock Stand Supervisor- Overseeing the Interregional operation. Responsible for the safety and productivity of 35+ dockworkers. Consists of constant problem solving and critical thinking to make sure the operation runs efficient and safe in all aspects of the night. Oversees employee attendance policy and ensures they are complying. Constant communication with management regarding the operation.
  • Motive Installation- I was apart of the installation of the new overhaul of ELD(electronic logging devices) I was in constant conversation with installation team and made sure everything was up and running on FedEx Freight side. This consisted of over 150 new ELD’s that I was in charge getting up and running.
  • Floor Supervisor- Overseeing proper load quality and safe work enviorment.

Bravo Zulu

Was awarded a Bravo Zulu for a night that our system crashed. Myself and team member had to dispatch over 150 drivers manually from their center into NHS. We also had to reclose every trailer in the building while adding all of the pro numbers on to them as well. I stayed for over 12 hours until the system came back up and made sure everyone was dispatched accordingly.
