In the role of Director of Distribution Operations, my role has evolved from my previous positions within Georges Media to include add the following duties:
District Manager: As District Manager, I managed the single copy sales/delivery of the Ascension district. I visited every vendor weekly to process sales/credits, invoice and collect payment.
Customer Service Specialist: While maintaining my duties as Classified/Legals Clerk, I also become responsible for managing subscriber accounts, troubleshooting delivery issues/complaints, and retention.
Classifieds/Legals Clerk: Working within Classifieds, I worked directly with law firms, government agencies, and small business to prepare and publish legal ads, prepare notarized affidavits. Also, prepared classified ads for business directories, garage sales, and employment.
