Hostage Negotiator (HNT): 2021 – Present

• Intervention and communication through empathy and understanding with suicidal / barricaded subjects in a crisis

Field Training Officer (FTO): 2014 – Present

• Train and evaluate newly hired police officers to ensure proper training in departmental policies and procedures

• Maintain the safety and security of staff and inmates in a secure facility
