Roberto Conde lll comes with the most energy with pride and determination of getting the job done right the first time. Came in at entry level as a Detailer grew my way up to a polisher. Than jumped quickly into parts within months. Gasp a parts manager position, from there I admired the industry. Got hooked in from parts I went into production ever since I’m still here. I bring a strong and firm 9 years of experience. Moving the bottom up I’ve understood the works of a collision center, and the importance of Customer Service and the transparency of each department. Production is a main factor to the body shop. Knowledgeable with CCCone, Rome Management System's, and Repair Plan. Great people’s person able to work with others, going out to meet up with vendors either to create new business or picking up vehicle for repair and delivery. Stage quality control, vehicle in their proper phases and final quality control is my specialty.
