I worked at Walmart for 5 years as a digital associate/personal shopper. My job consisted of picking groceries for customers and dispensing their orders. During that time, I also performed different tasks listed below:

• Trained multiple associates.
• Performed customer service such as order resolutions.
• Worked in different departments when needed such as meat, produce, stocking, and customer service.
• Was assigned as the associate in charge when there was no direct manager/supervisor in our department.

• I have been a food delivery driver for Doordash for nearly 2 years which consisted of picking up orders, shopping for orders, and delivering them to customers.

I worked in a team of 7 at Bradley University on a semester-long Consulting Project for a client on a local business. The client was the owner of BrightStar Canine Academy, a dog training business in Peoria, IL. The project consisted of the following requirements:

• Providing a statement of deliverables to the client
• Analyzing the market using different methods such as the Five Forces Analysis, key success factors, and a direct competitor analysis
• Making a survey and using the results to analyze the business
• Providing primary and secondary recommendations to the client
