As the Receptionist/ Facilities Manager I am responsible for ensuring that the front desk to the Dean's office is providing exceptional customer service. I host semesterly training for our workers to ensure that they are up to date with the newest implementations of policies amended by the University. During these trainings, I offer the staff tips and recommendations on how to greet incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance. I make sure that the reception area is kept clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression; as well as greeting incoming visitors, and callers, professionally to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance.

Throughout my time at Charles River Laboratories, I was able to participate in preliminary procedures that involved research that later developed a recommendation of whether or not move forward with an M&A. I was able to analyze and discuss commercial agreements & create an outline for the M&A team to utilize during their conversations with stakeholders. I had the privilege to sit in and attend company-wide meetings to conduct our due diligence on potential acquired companies and partnerships and consider what the next steps were.
