  • I am currently employed with Datavant as a QA PAF agent. While employed some of my daily duties include, but are not limited to, verifying medical information within medical records for the client. I also maintain security regulations by ensuring patient records are maintained and up to date while adhering to strict HIPAA codes of conduct. Additionally, I process medical records outside of our provider field in accordance with facility, state and federal laws. While completing data entry I also review all records thoroughly for discrepancies that may present an issue for either the patient or client.
