Provide technology support for all aspects of IT, including but not limited to computer, browser, connectivity, software, and similar.
Updated the university's website and catalog for all items related to my duties.
Played a key role in the process of Glenville State offering its first fully online degree programs.
Create training manuals, help files and documentation for training presentations.
Integrated third party vendors into the Learning Management System.
Currently creating an inventory of all software implemented at Glenville State.
