  • Migrated campus from using the learning management system Blackboard to Brightspace.
  • Provide Brightspace training for all faculty including adjuncts. Trainings conducted in large and small groups, virtually and in person.
  • Designed a standard course template for both Blackboard and Brightspace.
  • Provide technology support for all aspects of IT, including but not limited to computer, browser, connectivity, software, and similar.
  • Updated the university's website and catalog for all items related to my duties.
  • Played a key role in the process of Glenville State offering its first fully online degree programs.
  • Create training manuals, help files and documentation for training presentations.
  • Integrated third party vendors into the Learning Management System.
  • Currently creating an inventory of all software implemented at Glenville State.
  • Serve on three committees: Vice President for Staff Council, Student Representative for Graduate Council, Secretary for the Online Committee.
  • Coordinated Quality Matters initiatives at Glenville State University since 2018.
  • Engaged faculty to participate in Quality Matters training to enhance course quality.
  • Schedule/enroll faculty for QM trainings and assist them as they complete the training online.
