Created and delivered the Sustainability Project Assessment service. Program focused on one-year breakeven projects. On average, client savings $1M savings and avoiding 11,000 tons (CO2e) carbon emission avoidance annually. Clients were provided a complete documentation package.

· Presented the most attended and best scoring webinar events in Rockwell history, including an industry specific session for green marketing strategies for the Pulp & Paper Industry.

· Crafted and delivered sustainability seminars to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, as well as the National Society of Professional Engineers.Analyzed problematic areas to provide recommendations and solutions.

• Reduced MES and AI software sales cycle by years for the digitalization group. My outcome based "solve a problem" method was successful in four different regions. This lead to multimillion dollar orders for software and digitalization services. Carbon and cost reductions that delivered immediate sustainability wins, could be used to fund digitalization and established us as the right partner the client.
