  • Find, develop, implement, and manage all aspects of Amplifund (grant/restricted giving tool) to track grant-seeking calendar, document deadlines for proposals and progress reports, oversee project budget, and track donor intent.
  • Oversee accuracy of Amplifund while maintaining the confidentiality of donor information. Regularly produce reports on activities and progress toward goals.
  • Create documentation and improve on an ongoing basis for increased efficiency and accuracy.

DONOR RELATIONS

  • Impact report technology. Liaison with: developing company and students on all system issues; LSA Scholarship Program and Business Intelligence team on student, donor, and account data; Director of Development on overall vision; and major gift officers on donor experience and expectations.

  • Review all LSA gift agreements: Develop strategy and process behind account naming conventions, payment schedules, endowment reinvestment, donor intent, inspiration statements, and presidential matches.
  • Primary contact with LSA Finance to review/determine donor intent to maximize proper spending in perpetuity.
  • Oversee donor intent entered into DART for the College; partner on process based on current and future data needs.
  • University-wide leader: Develop processes to document and honor donor intent.
  • Partner with the General Council to honor donor intent and assess risk.

GIFT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead LSA gift and account management. Create and implement efficient procedures to ensure accuracy with primary focus on end-to-end donor giving experience.
  • Oversee gift processing training materials for unit customers.
  • Ensure and document financial stewardship and audit compliance College-wide.
  • Develop process to establish and update all pledges to the College.
  • Partner with LSA’s 119 units and major gift officer team.
  • Expert in LSA gift-in-kind donations and premiums.
  • Create and partner on gift solicitation materials, including Giving Blue Day.
  • Guide student groups and units on gift, account, and stewardship matters.
  • Establish and update all gift accounts for the College.
