Case managing veterans with chronic serious mental illness with a goal to sustain in the community. Domiciliary crisis supervision: supervising staff and veterans during crisis of transitioning to hospital for short term stay to transition back to Domiciliary.

• Verified successful coordination of counseling efforts with mental health professionals, doctors, social workers and other stakeholders.
