Zero motorcycles

  • Was hired at Zero motorcycles as a battery technician where I excelled in learning about the production of all models of batteries they produce.
  • Was promoted from battery assembly after being fully certified, to motorcycle assembler where I also excelled in producing quality work.
  • Got a promotion from motorcycle assembler to the Revenue production engineering department as a process technician. Here I was given the opportunity to share my ideas about making the production line more efficient while also taking on the role of diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and batteries that had electrical, cosmetic, and out of process issues.
  • Other responsibilities as a process technician at Zero motorcycles was clear documentation of repair processes that I performed on motorcycles and batteries. I would document these on data site like Jira and Dozuki and more than 10 of my documents were published for company wide knowledge. These included harness repair, harness connector replacements, how to diagnose isolation faults and trouble codes, ect. Helped validate and assemble two manufacturing lines for Zero. One for motorcycle assembly and the other for high voltage battery assembly.
  • Was part of the battery safety committee team at Zero motorcycles where we worked to ensure that all of us on the team were trained to handle hazardous batteries along with batteries that are potentially dangerous. Our team worked to trained all battery handling operators as well on the risks and how to prevent those risks with proper handling techniques.
  • I have a very great understanding of the software and data tracking applications used including Vints, ERP, excel, JIRA, and SAP.
  • Had the opportunity to be sent to Las Vegas to one of Zero motorcycles dealers eurocycles where I worked with their team to diagnose and repair multiple bikes and batteries that customers were waiting on. This was a amazing team experience where I got to work side by side with amazing techs who shared their knowledge with me.
