When I started with this company, I started in the position of make ready until 2019 when I started as a service technician, in the position of assistant to the service director, making emergency calls and solving all the problems that could affect the property, such as leaks, Unclogged building drains, and toilet, assembly of A/C units, both inside and outside the apartment, I have had the opportunity to change parts of the boilers, such as circulation pump, return pump, temperature relief valves and pressure among other things. I have the HVAC and EPA license, and I did the complete swimming pool course obtaining my certificate. Before starting with TICommunities I worked for the national company known as knightvest residential in 2016 in the position of groundskeeper for 6 months where I moved to the position of make ready. All this at Copper Lodge.
