-Supervise approximately twenty-nine employees in the Criminal Division and Child Support Division.

-Prepare annual budget for the Criminal Division and present same to the Common Council.

-Supervise the hiring of new employees.

-Supervise the discipline of employees.

-Prosecute Murder cases for jury trials including charging decisions, case strategies, jury selection, presentation of evidence, arguing motions, questioning witnesses, making opening statements and closing arguments.

-Reviewed cases submitted by law enforcement for prosecution.

-Made charging decisions and prepared charging informations and probable cause affidavits based upon the law and the facts of each case.

-Conducted legal research and wrote memorandums of law when appropriate.

-Prepared Search Warrants and other Orders for the Court.

-Advised law enforcement officers on a 24-hour basis.

-Prosecuted Major Felony cases before a jury and the bench.

-Prosecuted Misdemeanor cases before a jury and the bench.
