- Developed "Citizen Traffic" Project in partnership with state's traffic department (DMV), whereby there were in-depth discussions about road traffic issues in schools and colleges.
- Made Lectures on "Behavioral Change in Traffic", with defensive driving tips, positively influencing on how driver should share road with other users.
- Created "Traffic Bunch" comic book, taking the theme of traffic in playful way to elementary school students. Also developed unprecedented methodology, in which students were encouraged to write comic book story, and authors of 10 selected stories received as prize, day at racetrack. Author of best story was inserted as character in comic book, characterized by cartoonist Milson Henriques.
- Created illustrated sticker album called "Educating for safer and more civilized traffic. This album was distributed in schools to children who received stickers whenever had good grades.

- Evaluated over 400 police officers performance and documented progress and goals.
- Implemented, in conjunction with ACADEPOL, defensive driving course in order to train police officers.
- Provided evasive driving training to police officers with theoretical and practical knowledge about vehicular driving through emergency situations simulations, with tips and maneuvers to avoid accidents, such as advanced breaking and deviation techniques.

- By means of partnership between Gazeta Communications Network and state car dealerships, due to Rodrigo's expertise as professional motorsport driver, tested car model chosen by dealership on monthly basis, and drove for 2 days, traveling at least 400 miles to fell all reactions and test all vehicle's equipments
- Carried out breaking and acceleration tests at BKR Race Track, as it is safe and appropriate place for test these kinds of maneuvers.
- Generated and submitted detailed reports to regulatory agencies and company leadership to help drive enhancements.
