· Managed program for the planning, design, build, and deployment of Critical Trading Networks for Equities businesses in NJ and DE locations. Both projects were completed under budget and met bank and SEC mandated completion deadlines

· Managed the network implementation of Park Ave offices which included managing teams for the design, build and test of 20,000 ports supporting user moves from Wall Street to Park Ave

· Managed program for Wall Street office network, Developed and executed the project plan and build of switched networks for departments and users moving from Broad St to new Wall Street offices. Work also included the plan, build and deployment of switched networks for existing businesses and users in the building

· Led teams in the development of a new-switched data Next Gen Network, which involved planning, design, building and migration to a scalable Fast Ethernet network supporting up to 145,000+ global users and services.
