Assist the store director and grocery manager in the day to day operations. Assure all departments are fully staffed and functional. Additional duties include inventory taking and controlling shrink as well as ordering products. Keep store fully stocked and clean. Handle customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Assure that the entire store is in order and appearance is exemplary prior to opening the next day. Operation of cash registers as well as balancing tills at end of shift and control 100 % accuracy of store safe. Assure that safety measures are in place and hourly sanitizing is completed, protecting both customers and employees.

Assist the Grocery Manager in the operations of entire store operations. Assist with supervising and training personnel, ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, rotating, stocking and merchandising. Direct and control the operation of store in the absence of the Store Director, Grocery Manager. Handle customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Assure that the entire store is in order and appearance is exemplary prior to opening the next day. Assist the Grocery Manager in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day operations of store. Assist in implementing Company and Division merchandising policies and/or Store Director instructions. Control shrink to the best of ability. Prevent the sale of out of code product. In charge of closing the store by assuring all customers have exited the store. Collect all cash tills from cash registers and secure them in the safe. Work as a back up cashier. Engages in suggestive selling and other sales techniques.

• Conducted mental health and substance use assessments and treatment recommendations, facilitate substance abuse and mental health groups and individual sessions, complete monthly treatment/ progress reports, and utilize ClaimTrak Electronic Health Records as a means of tracking and maintaining client information. Work in conjunction with United States Federal Probation for assurance in client compliance of Moral Reconation Group Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, substance use and Mental Health individual sessions. Facilitated behavioral modification groups for adolescents ages 13-17. Facilitated DUI level 1 and 2 groups, domestic violence groups and individual sessions. Improved patient outcomes by implementing evidence-based clinical practices and interventions.
