Over see all accounting departments; billing, exports, procurement, A/P, Procurement, Yields Production and the scale house.

Prepared daily, weekly and monthly P&L reports. Forecasted P&L projection/expenses, yearly budgets, sales reconciliations, claims, and weekly salary payroll. Responsible for month end closing and all SOX reconciliation associated with our company policy.

Responsibile for 5 accounting managers underneath myself and had 26 employees in our department. I have used Excell, word, SAP, AS400, Red Prairie, ECS, CPS, RS6000 and Buiness Intelligance. Responsible for keeping track of KPI goals for our bonus structure.

Worked with production managers on generating daily yield P&L report for production accuracy and dollar efficiency. Helped with month end closing doing journal entries and reconciliations. Managed our scale house and billing departments. Helped process our daily P&L with our accounting clerks.

• Worked at 5 different stores and set up three of them as brand new stores.
• Over looked between 15 and 25 employees. Covered Millwork, cabinets and appliances and building materials during my 17 years with them
