Team lead going on 2 years now with MLTS. Familiar with CLI within the Spectrum networks, Spectrum ticketing systems and all support tools.
- I started as a ETS 1 agent in 2017 and moved to a ETS 2 in 2020. We transitioned to a tier based support team and I was tier 2 for 1 year before becoming a team lead
- I log into equipment to start the trouble shooting process
- Equipment used for trouble shooting using CLI
- Juniper CW routers, Adva , Rad and Cisco CPEs
- Cisco VGW and GUI on ESBC for SIP phones, Adtran for Cisco
- Cisco Core routers for Charter and BHN Circuits
- Sumito and Juniper QW switches
- All equipment used for trouble shooting EPL, EVPL, PRI, SIP and all internet circuits. Troubleshoot layer 2 elan and eline circuits that move from Legacy TWC to Legacy Charter
- Work with boarder partners within the spectrum networks to resolve clients issue or point them to what they need to do on the LAN side of the network to resolve their internal issues.
- Installed all drops from ISP taps or MDUs to customer side of DMARC
- Installed voice, data, and video equipment for legacy TWC
- Verified all service were up and running before exiting location
- Assist customer with training on their new service
- Configure wifi setting for clients on site (SSID and Passwords)
- troubleshoot any equipment issues and document all findings
