Projects:

Mobile Scan Gun Selection - Through collaboration with end-users at our branches nationwide, I developed the criteria for selecting mobile computers and determined the appropriate quantities for purchase. This initiative directly resulted in a 50% reduction in the number of mobile computers required per branch, generating a cost savings of $250,000 for the company.

Project Lead for "The one mobile app" - As Project lead for the "Willscot One Mobile App", we collaborated with Dunns Solutions to develop a one- stop app that consolidated all existing mobile applications into one app. I also personally led an offshore team to lift and shift legacy apps to be put into the one mobile app. This process also includes architectural change from an sql database to AWS Dynamo DB.
