• Led C&Q workflows as engineering SME and delivered on all major timelines. Designed and introduced single-use process equipment for Continuous Manufacturing GMP run. CM platform reduced COGM by 20% compared to previous manufacturing methods.

• Designed schematic/board layout for BLE enabled respiratory muscle trainer device in EAGLE
• Developed firmware (Blynk) to allow for communication with custom IOS app
• Partnered with PCB manufacturer to optimize manufacturability of device through DFM analysis and BOM management

• Conducted system level root cause analysis on Sonotec ultrasonic flowmeters, identifying procedural gaps in calibration method. Facilitated multisite training session with Sonotec to implement 32-point calibration method, resulting in reduction of flow offset from 20% to 5%.
• Optimized preventative maintenance schedule by keeping process bags and flow kits in place-post production, saving ~$100,000/year. Met sustainability goals by eliminating need to order new bags for PM/PMCALs.
