I am an undergraduate student at Duke University studying Electrical and Computer Engineering, and I am deeply passionate about artificial intelligence and its ability to drive real-world impact across fields such as finance, healthcare, and education. Fascinated by the technical foundations of AI, as well as its ethical dimensions, I care about building technologies that balance innovation with fairness, transparency, and responsibility. My journey has been shaped by research at leading institutions, internships at CERN and industry startups, and global experiences. These opportunities have strengthened my curiosity, creativity, and analytical thinking. Through these opportunities, I have learned the value of collaboration, and the power of technology to connect ideas and people. I am eager to continue learning, building, and contributing to technologies that advance knowledge, while making a meaningful difference in the world.
Relocated for high school to Switzerland from the U.S. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, I spent the first 14 years of my life in the U.S. Midwest before moving with my family to Geneva, Switzerland for my father’s job. I am a twin with a unique bond with our older sibling. My twin brother Rahul and I were born on New Year’s Eve 2006, exactly four years after our older brother Rajiv was born in the same hospital in Cincinnati. All three of us share the exact same birthday, December 31, with odds of 1 in 67 million. I have traveled extensively around the world and share a love for exploration with my family. I have been fortunate to experience both natural wonders and major cities across the globe.
