I am very passionate about the Medical Sciences and Community Health, and I aspire to become a doctor like my parents, uncle, and grandfather. I am majoring in Biomedical Sciences at USF with a minor in Public Health through the BS/MD 7-year program for an accelerated yet comprehensive track in pursuing medicine. I am striving to join programs in and after college that can address healthcare with an emphasis on patient-centered compassion, collaborative diversity in learning environments, and focused biomedical research. With such well-rounded and interdisciplinary education, I plan to use my skills to support the underserved and craft innovative solutions alongside my team and community..
Besides Medicine, I enjoy exploring Geopolitics, International Relations, history, and cultural affairs. I frequently read articles and enjoy discovering more about the social sciences of geography, politics, and cultural study.. In the future, I am excited to apply these interests and work alongside public health organizations. My ultimate goal is to address local and global health issues and personalized patient reform as a responsible, educated, and kind physician.
