Receive containers with customer orders and make sure they are put into the appropriate bins in a timely manner while also following the FOO method. Making sure to pay great attention to descriptions to ensure very minimal if any mistakes are made such as identifying masterpacks. Being a Learning Ambassador for the path also gave me the opportunity to learn things about the path that I would not have known before such as problem solve. Educating our newly hired associates so that they are better prepared than I may have been.

• OB Pick

Transferring to this Center, I quickly adapted into the different style of picking. Going above the rate of 400 and pushing over 1500 items per period, coming out in the 1% in productivity and quality . Also learning ICQA which I have a Learning Curve 5 for SRC & CC especially for IRDR. Eventually becoming a Learning Ambassador for the department because leadership has trusted me into teaching associates who are new to the department.

• Pick

At this XL Fullfillment Center I Pulled orders quickly per demand from the system. Comparing the physical item with the description on screen. Making sure the product is up to standards. Double checking for damages and unscannables, then finally ensuring the item is both physically & virtually attached to the container. Knowing 4 different types of pick (Singles, Multi, Spoo, Transfer)
