• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions - Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently - Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product information - Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed - Ensure the checkout area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
