My main role while employed at Alliance was generating revenue for the gym through membership sales and personal training. I was the starting point of contact with each customer whether they contacted us first via email, phone or came in as a walk in guest. I provided tours and signed up hundreds of members through out the years. Customer Service is always a main priority as member retention is the long term goal in this type of business and being able to assist customers in a professional and caring manner at all times is what kept our members happy and training with us until the very end when the business was closed due to Covid.
