• Work with Supervisor and warehouse management to ensure the material is being picked and loaded on and out-by-time basis.

• Track and update order changes in order management and Redpraire. (i.e. canceled load, cases added, load moved to another day or plant)

• Generate order pick sheets from order management/Redprairie

• Keeping an accurate inventory of drop trailers and notifying the Transportation Planner when in need of trailers.

• Keep track of all shortages manually and electronically. Record the order number, customer, product code, product description, how many of that code were ordered, how many shipped, the amount shorted, and an explanation for the shortage.

My responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
