• Tempe Taco is an urban style restaurant featuring street style tacos and progressive modern spanish style plates and appetizers in the heart of a local suburb, such a cool new concept so close to home I couldn't resist being a part of the team and helping to contribute to their success with recommendations,regulars, and exemplary service
• I opened Condado Tacos at Easton and then went on to be on their training team that traveled and opened restaurants so this was a great way to use some of those skills

• Located in Bridge Park in Dublin during the time I was there since opening they received an award for Columbus' Best New Restaurant as well as a mention from wine spectator for best wine list
• It was a very intimate dining experience with a beautiful atmosphere and progressive southern inspired dishes
• Here I had training and experience in fine tuning a fine dining experience for guests through coursing, pairings, being hospitable as well as developing knowledge in copious spirits,wine pairings, and dining options that not only compliment but also enhance the guest experience.
