Perform project inspection for county road construction projects when the full-time staff is unavailable. This work includes ensuring adherence with plans and specifications, monitoring and documenting all aspects of road construction to include drainage culvert and box culvert installation, adequate roadbed compaction, and completion of bid items. Report to Engineer progress and/or problems. Work with Engineer to adjust plans if necessary.

Work with industries in need of expanding their railroad service or establishing new railroad service. I have work primarily in the BNSF system for 25 years. I prepare the conceptual track plan that meets the needs of the industry and complies with the railroad's requirements. I will perform a site survey to collect all improvements and existing railroad tracks in the proposed area of new track expansion. Once the survey is complete, I will prepare the engineered plans to include roadbed and track alignment design. I then can manage the construction of the project to completion.
