I've been work in the Poultry industry for about seven years total I started as a pallet stacker then I moved to debone. I worked on the coneline 1st cut second cut also worked on the wing line then I became a leader on the coneline then. Now I am the lead trainer for the entire plant at Tyson foods as the lead trainer I'm responsible for all the new hires to recognize and learn the job that they're assigned to and learn how to work in the poultry environment and make sure they got their PPE on and work, smart and safe. I'm a fast learner and a hard worker and responsible and reliable and willing to work to complete task at hand to with others help them with others tasks.

  • Lead trainer my responsibility is to show the new hires the job the proper Ways to work in the poultry environment, make sure they got the proper PPE on to work safe and accordingly to job safety
  • On the cone line I help out the supervisor to let individuals out on break and also do inventory at the end of the night paperwork in the office to let the supervisor know how many walls, racks of rework we have left over for rework for the next day
  • Wing pallet, ground chicken, breast-fillet, chicken paws, thin slice, skinless thighs, regular thighs, drumsticks, boneless thighs, gizzards, whole chicken, that we have left at the end of the night, which is called rework and make sure everything has current date on them, which is the kill date and time of kill and the expiring date
  • I also help out in the film room, the tray room and also and Trey packing

  • Amongst that I do other things such as Translate for the Haitians that doesn't speak English because I'm bilingual I speak English in creole because my mom is a native Haitian
