Started 04-22-22 with my provisional licenses for structural inspections and obtained my B3 October 21, 2022 after obtaining my B1 and B2 May 2, 2022. I currently hold my B1, B2, B3, B5, M1, E1, P1 and R5 certifications all on valid standings. I am in the process of getting additional plans examiner licenses.

I perform commercial and residential structural inspections primarily in the county. I hold a scheduling position also for the building department which includes distributing inspections to the correct inspector in relation to their area. I also conduct small group meetings for myself and the inspectors in our immediate inspection area to help with the details observed during inspections being interpreted similarly and potential corrections required being more predictable from one inspector to the next.

Owner, equipment operator, laborer, finisher, manager and estimator. I did many concrete projects in high end Tampa Bay areas working with premier custom home builders in Tampa ranging from custom form and pour steps, fire pits, driveways and sidewalks to 3 month long projects in apartment complexes including demo, rough grading, form and pour, finish grading and cleanup. I did all scopes of work on every project Mindful Concrete did from estimating to completion.

Was a working Forman for a concrete company working on high end custom homes. I provided oversight of a four man crew, operated equipment, performed quality control, and physically worked for all projects.

We did all types of mono and stemwall footers, slabs, steps, curbs, driveways, cast in place beams and repairs.
