• I am currently the engineering manager of a hospital that covers 500000 square ft i also am responsible for maintaining 26 other medical office buildings that consists of 500000 square feet
• I am responsible for leading a crew of 17 consisting of plumbers electricians .hvac , painters , carpenters and grounds crew
• I am responsible for training the teams safety and problem solving with 30 years of experience i am capable of handling any plumbing issue to include piping ,faucets , toilets and drains
• Excellent knowledge of hvac with emphases on air handler units , building management systems , vav boxes , and package units chillers and cooling towers.
• I also have great knowledge of pumps, valves, and piping
• I have a great understanding of electrical with the ability to wire switches ,lights and outlets
• as the manager i am expected to be in charge of all daily icra and all life safety problems that may arise

• With 25 years of experience i was able to be very proficient at all trades at a hospital
• I have great knowledge of hvac air handler units
• Having torn down and replaced 5 Cambridge port air handler units
• Having to replace numerous vav"s units to be updated
• With daily use of the building management system
• I have replaced many toilets, faucets ,and drain line piping
• Very good knowledge medical gas outlets
• I was also the supervisor of a team of 6 people to run medical office building on the main camus

i maintain 3 , 100 psi steam wood fired boilers.

with over 30 miles of piping that went through out the city of concord i was task with maintaining all piping and steam reduction valves

• maintained 2, 600 psi steam boilers and all the necessary pumps and valves
