I operated a crane to load parts in a barrel then into tanks cleaner, rinse, acid, rinse exc. clean

Conducted first piece sign-off for FAS/FAI inspections. Performed final audits prior to shipping. Operated six Brown & Sharpe CMMs and one Zeiss CMM, loading and unloading parts while collecting scan data from printed reports. Maintained cleanliness of tips, racks, and granite surfaces.

I inspected parts. Built gage boxes for all jobs running. setting certain gages like Bore gages, finger gages, depth gages exc.

I inspected incoming parts ( customer supply ) I also 100% inspected parts after the final process before shipping.

I started at this company as a operator then learned set up of CNC machines mostly lathes very little mill set up. running the machines doing quality checks ( calipers, mics, optical comparator, height stands exc ) then i moved into quality running CMMs then into final audits. I left to take a job closer to home and then returned. that is why it Orchid it on here twice.
