Member of Senior Executive Service responsible for planning and directing a broad program of S&T,applied research,development,test and evaluation and fleet introduction for submarine sonar and combat system efforts. Managed over 700 scientist,engineers,and support personnel to accomplish required goals. Received many awards for my efforts including the Navy Meritorious Achievement Award,NDIA Bronze Medal,NUWC Technical Director Award,NUWC Commanding Officer/Executive Director Award and the Decibel Award for career contributions to the Submarine Force
