Project Leadership
Working in a fast paced automotive supplier based industry where we supply and outfit the top tiered program for all major OEMs. I have successfully helped my company grow from 7 million dollars annually in 2007 to 25 million dollars in 2023. Being a small business, I have had to wear multiple hats ranging from initial costing thru product developmental /launch into program management and many aspects inbetween. I have been the point of contact for all of my Tier 1 customers in purchasing & engineering contacts and have negotiated 8+ million dollar programs and successfully launched them into our manufacturing operations. I have also worked with operations on ongoing programs/issues that happen during the course of those programs and have successfully resolved issues. Lastly I have developed both quality monitoring systems in our operations for incoming and outgoing products as well as negotiated and introduced our company to our present customer base.
I was actively involved as Pack Leader for Troop 160 cubs and grew the pack from 8 boys to 20+ boys thru recruitment and word of mouth. I oversaw all badge activities and outdoor adventures and recruited parents to insure proper chaperoning of activities plus initiated a approach where each parent would be the organizing member for badge attainment. I truly helped the boys/parents have a stake in their child's development to get their arrow of light (into boy scouts). Out of the 20+ boys in cubs i hade 16 graduate to Boy Scouts with their Arrow of Light.
In Boy Scouts I was an assistant Scout Leader (specializing in quartermaster duties) whereas I set up and modernized our camping equipment and supplies with the help of getting corporate donors involved. During the Boy Scout time i worked with my previous cubs ot help them attain Eagle and out the the 16 that went from Cubs to Boy Scouts I had 8 attain the rank of Eagle Scout with 3 mentor pins dedicated to me.
