  • Responsible for the four phases of Emergency Management (Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery).
  • Implement Emergency Management activities across six critical areas (communications, resources and assets, safety and security, staff responsibilities, utilities, and patient clinical and support activities).
  • Coordinate emergency management exercises with various public safety agencies and emergency management organizations.
  • Work with various agencies to develop after-action reports and serve as an exercise evaluator.
  • Collaborate with community response partners for emergency preparedness and response at the facilities.
