Director of Investigations in the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. Supervised four law enforcement Inspectors/Captains. Managed all aspects of the administrative and criminal investigations conducted by the OIG. Prepared and led training for OIG staff. I retired/resigned in May 2019 concluding my law enforcement career.

As a Special Agent with FDLE I was assigned to Major Case Squads where I led and conducted investigations into Officer Involved Shootings, Public Integrity Cases, Fraud Cases, Homicide Cases, Violent Crimes, and Death Investigations at Florida Prisons. I was a member of the Southwest Florida FBI Violent Crimes Task Force with a Top Secret Clearance. I was assigned to the Protective Operations Section (Governor's Protection Detail) and was also a member of the Special Operations Team South (SWAT). I was a general law enforcement topics instructor and firearms instructor. I retired from FDLE in August 2015.
Served as a detective in the Crimes Against Persons Unit (Violent Crimes), the Robbery Task Force, the Crimes Against Property Unit (Burglary & Theft), and the Special Investigations Unit (Vice & Narcotics). I was a field training officer in uniform patrol and criminal investgations. I was a member of the SWAT Team serving as an entry team leader.
