Im A lead in the Douglas department. im over about 30 or more people a day. I manage the production floor to make sure the process is being completed. and i help back up the supervisor as much as possible taking on extra tasks to make is schedule a little easier.

I was a machine operator before promoting up, i was in charge of setting up machine for production, doing pms on weekends and fixing and trouble shooting issues that didnt need maintenance to fix
