- Built relationships with a diversity of parties with varying levels of involvement with the success of the project. Includes private inspectors, city jurisdictional authorities, city police department and fire departments, subcontractors, client/development owner, architect, and design consultants.
- Responsible for monthly financial reporting to company executive core. Reports include full breakdown of all budgetary accounts as well as full analysis of committed costs, projected costs, potential savings, breakdown of workforce, breakdown of equipment, etc. These are produced and distributed monthly and a formal meeting/presentation occurs on a quarterly basis with all company executives in a round table setting to review current progress and financial health of the project.
- Served as teammate, leader, and mentor on various project teams. Have mentored and managed successful Assistant Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers.
- Create, consistently update, and analyze project schedule. Responsible for directly scheduling Subcontractors and own work-force for self-performed structural concrete.
