With 8 of experience in human services, I have spearheaded initiatives that drive systemic change and improve outcomes for marginalized communities. The Director of Client Services leads the fidelity, implementation, and evolution of the trauma-informed client service model at Community Safety Network. Engage in direct client support as needed. This leadership role is responsible for the supervision of two full-time Client Service Advocates, the Residential Case Manager and 10 part-time Client Services Advocates engage in direct client support as needed.
Equity Task Force Members advise the Town on equity and inclusion strategies, strengthen connections among the many segments of the community, and make recommendations to the Town and Town Council on priorities, policies, and solutions to help bring a wider variety of voices and perspectives into conversations to, ultimately, inform decision-making.
The Bilingual Client Service Advocate provides a continuum of services that are individualized, client-centered, trauma informed, and voluntary. This continuum of culturally informed services may include emotional support, crisis response, safety planning, shelter intake, legal advocacy and other case management that actively engages the client in their path to living a life free from violence.
