I assisted the lead teachers in lesson plans and organized children's daily activities. Helped create weekly goals for the toddlers to help them learn the everyday skills. The lead teacher always implements the Montessori methods and makes sure it was a nurturing environments for the children's.

Home visit with parent and child to support the development of the child and to support the parent. Created goals for each child not only for them but as well for the parents. Provide community resource and services for family. Do year round assessments and documentation to monitor child development and milestones.

Support Lead teacher with lesson for toddlers for the day, always provided positive learning environment for the children's. Communicate to toddlers parent sharing and addressing on childs day. Supported teacher with her ideas to practice early childhood education. Support with outdoor time, lunch,and receiving and pick ups.
