Additional Information

While working at the Welcome Grocery Store,
Management decided to implement a new POS system. My coworkers and I were still learning how to operate it, alongside new employees.
To help, I created an Operations Manual covering the entire store, including procedures for opening and running the store, as well as operating all devices and specialised equipment.
This involved instructions for using the propane tank dispenser, setting up the fuel pump, and managing the POS and lottery systems.
Additionally, I took photos of our products for advertising and prepared a menu for the menu board.
